Carol is an Accredited Angel Certified Practitioner (certified by Charles Virtue) as well as a Life Coach.

Having suffered grief from a very young age (losing a best friend at just 5 years old and her dad, when she was just a young teenager), Carol’s spiritual journey started when she was really quite young; although she didn’t realise it at the time. Her moto in life is “There is a reason for everything” and we don’t have to travel the journey of life alone. Our Angels and guides are always there to help us along the way.

Carol is a student of ACIM (A course in Miracles) and has studied Mindfulness Meditation through the “Vinyasa Flow Meditation” method as well as the Jon Kabat-Zinn “Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction” (MBSR) Technique.

Carol offers private and group Mindfulness Meditation classes in the Kent area and plans to expand this to web-based classes in the future.

She is passionate about teaching people how to connect with the Angels and runs workshops throughout the UK and Ireland.

She also offers Angel Readings whereby she brings through messages from the Angels for individuals via in-person, Skype or e-mail.

Carol also offers spiritual Life Coaching and believes some people find themselves on their own spiritual path through the grieving process. Although difficult to navigate, grief is indeed a spiritual rebirth and a way of breaking through the fog (heartache/pain/loneliness) to reach the other side of understanding what is involved in being human. It’s a bit like being lost in a maze with no way out, but when you do eventually find the way out, that’s the breakthrough!
